The Thompson Submachine Guns in the US Army Museum Fort DeRussy Hawaii

Located in the old Randolph Battery, an old Honolulu costal defense battery is the US Army Museum at Ft DeRussy.  The museum displays a range of weapons used in the Hawaiian Islands and the Pacific from the early 1800s thru the Vietnam War.  The museum has an outstanding collection of World War II artifacts which includes two Thompson Submachine Guns.   Admission is free and the only drawback is the small sign stating that all firearms have been rendered inoperable.
